ONLINE ORDERING FOR CONSUMERS
Currently our online shop is for consumers only (in other words, not for stores or distributors). All prices include tax and shipping. 

PAYMENT
All online payments from consumers are currently handled through PayPal. You must have an account with PayPal in order to use their service. Please check the PayPal site for infinite amounts of detail over their services, or email us if you have further questions about the way things work. 

TAX
All prices include 19% VAT.

SHIPPING FOR CONSUMERS
Shipping costs for consumers are paid by Subterranean. By default, we use "regular mail". This means that, by default, no shipments are insured or tracked, and unfortunately Subterranean Music cannot be responsible for lost shipments. If you would like to use a shipping option that provides insurance and/or tracking, it must go by Fed-Ex or UPS, and payment is the buyer's responsibility. Please contact us by email if you'd like to use another shipping option.
